Waitlist privacy notice
This notice covers the WIPwise waitlist only — a single form to gauge interest before the product launches.
What we collect
Your email address and a few qualifying answers you provide on the form: your role, how many construction companies you handle WIP for, how you build WIP today, and whether you submit WIP to a bank or bonding company.
Why we collect it
To gauge demand and to contact you about early access. We compute a simple internal interest score from your answers so we can reach out to the best-matched early users first.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell or rent your information.
- We don’t connect to your QuickBooks Online at this stage — the waitlist collects nothing from your accounting system.
- We only email you about WIPwise early access.
Processing & retention
Signups are stored in our database and processed by the services that run this site (our hosting provider, our bot-check provider, and our email provider). We keep waitlist entries until we launch or until you ask us to remove yours.
We use PostHog, EU-hosted, for cookieless analytics — no cookies and no cross-site tracking.
